Aerospace Components
Aviation series products
The fuselage structure is the main component that constitutes the frame and aerodynamic shape of the airframe, including the fuselage, wings, baffles, ribs, etc., which are mostly thin plates.
The parts are mainly made from aircraft-grade aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, and stainless steels, on which there are numerous holes, cavities, grooves and reinforcements with complex shapes.
The main processing engaged in manufacturing of engine parts is applied to turntable, shaft, annular case, box case, annular parts, typical medium and small components, nozzles and valves, fastener processing, engine parts combinations, etc.
Among them, the high-temperature combustion section of the engine is the hardest for machining, as its materials mainly include the non-ferrous metals and alloys as follows:
titanium alloy, nickel-based alloy, chromium, cobalt, aluminum alloy, etc.
